TRAINING IN THE PROPHETIC
Ministering to others based on the Word, hearing the voice of God and, guided by the Holy Spirit is the primary focus of the training in the prophetic. While students learn to understand the flow and power of the Holy Spirit, a study of the prophetic and the related courses is not intended to, nor does it make one a prophet. Students gain knowledge and insight through courses like Understanding the Prophetic, Prophetic Intercession, and Spiritual Warfare.
TRAINING IN DISCIPLESHIP
Christian discipleship is intentionally learning about Jesus Christ, following him by modeling His likeness, and teaching others the biblical precepts that allow their lives to be changed as they become disciples of Christ. Disciples of Christ are dedicated to the Word of God, and continually seek to have a deeper relationship with God. Courses include Understanding Jesus and His Mission, Understanding Spiritual Gifts, and Power of Vision. Training in Discipleship includes an outreach phase were students implement what they have learned, inviting others to become disciples.
TRAINING IN PRAYER
“Lord, teach us to pray” (Luke 11:1, KJV). This is the objective of the Training in Prayer. Students learn the different types of prayer and develop their ability to pray through practice. Courses include Prayer and Spiritual Maturity and Effective Kinds of Prayer.
TRAINING IN MINISTERIAL LEADERSHIP AND CHURCH GROWTH (Coming Fall 2023)
Growing and leading a church requires the vision of a leader that aligns with biblical directives. Leadership includes connecting with a diverse body of believers from various cultures and backgrounds, and guiding them through the Word, to live a life pleasing to the Lord. Courses include Pastoral Counseling, Church Administration and Church Budget Development.
TRAINING IN MISSIONS (Coming Fall 2024)
Preparation to pursue missions in the local community and in foreign countries is the focus of this training. Students are equipped to spread the Gospel of Christ and increase the awareness and knowledge of those who have a desire to know God.
