Avery Williamson Sr. earned both Master’s and undergraduate degrees from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (NC A&T) and has worked in the telecommunications industry for the past 21 years. He is an ordained Elder in the Churches of God in Christ.
Elder Williamson is a member of Evangel Fellowship COGICÂ for 36 years. As a follower of the Lord Jesus Christ in addition to serving as an Elder, he is involved in the Prayer Ministry, instructor in the School of Prayer, School of Prophets, and Small Group Coach/Leader. He is married to his wife of 35 years LaShawn Williamson with 5 children and 5 grandchildren.
